We offer services ranging from consultancy and pilot projects to partial and full development of applications. We have extensive experience in MATLAB for pilot studies, as well as state-of-the-art information technology needed to build advanced applications.
We perform our pilot studies in MATLAB. MATLAB is a flexible programming environment that is excellently suited for research purposes. MATLAB has libraries with advanced algorithms for optimization and statistics. Furthermore we use the NETPACK library for neural network modeling. With MATLAB, we can perform our research efficiently in the least amount of time.
PARTIAL AND FULL APPLICATIONS
Partial (e.g. libraries) and full applications can be built in Java and or C/C++ for Windows, UNIX and Linux systems. We have extensive experience in both web based and native (W32 API) GUI's.
To get an impression of the possibilities of such an application, you may take a look at Bonaparte, a software system for forensic DNA kinship analysis. We have developed Bonaparte following a client-server architecture, where the clients interact with the server via a web interface that runs in a standard web browser.
